Lasagna


INGREDIENTS
(ader 2 parts nak wat lasagna. 1 for the Bolognese Sauce n another 1 is for the Cream Sauce.)

for the Bolognese Sauce
* Oil kalau ader olive oil lagi sodap
* Bawang Putih
* Daging Cincang
* Cendawan Butang kalau nak
* Tomato Puri
* Chili Sos
* Garam
* Italian Herbs & Oregano gune mixed herbs pn leh

for the Cream Sauce
* Mentega
* Tepung Gandum
* Fresh Milk
* Cheddar Cheese - grated
* Mozarella Cheese - grated
* Parmesan Cheese


DIRECTIONS

for Bolognese Sauce
1. panaskan minyak. masukkan bawang putih sampai naik bau. cam biaser la kan
2. then, taruk tomato puri & Cili Sos ikut selera anda. taruk air sket. jangan banyak sangat nnt berair sangat.
3. Masukkan mince meat n cendawan butang tadik. then masukkan garam n segala rempah ratus n tunggu sampai daging empuk. dah siap!

for Cream Sauce
1. Panaskan Kuali, masuk 2 sudu mentega
2. Masuk 2 sudu teung gandum then gaul sebati ngan mentega.
3. Masuk 2 cawan fresh milk, kacau sampai pekat.
4. Masuk Cheddar cheese n tutup api biler sume dah larut n mendidih.

for Lasagna
1. Rebus Lasagna Noodles tuh sampai lembut then drain n biar sejuk jap.
2. Letak sekeping lasagna noodles kat baking pan. then tabur grated cheddar n mozarella. then taruk white sauce diikuti ngan bolognese sauce.
3. then taruk lagik sekeping lasagna noodles n ulang procedure sampai berape layer yang korang nak n sampai sume bahan korang dah abes.
4. panaskan oven 180 degrees n masak dlam 20 minit to 30 minit. tadaa... dah siap!


TIPS
Pastikan top layer of Lasagna Noodles dicover dengan cream sauce and cheese supaya bahagian atas tuh tak hangit nnt.
